This Checker’s location was closed for many, many years in Pompano Beach, Florida. Revitalizing the structure with true value engineering and cost saving alternatives proved valuable for our client. After removing exterior finishes and completing interior demolition, structural issues in the steel framing presented problematic. Alternatives for floor design offset these structural cost and the project completed within budget. Project completion was 12 weeks from start to finish.
