Simmons and Sons Construction was selected to be the contractor of choice to complete this ‘showcase remodel’ for Wendy’s in Orlando, Florida.  An exciting project that featured the newest design elements with optional interior wall finishes and custom fabricated LED light bans.

The Wendy’s Company used this as one of their locations in the Orlando market to showcase the new design features to their executive teams, management personnel and the franchisee community during their annual convention. This was Wendy’s premiere of their first modern building Refresh update.
